I recently stayed at Subornobhumi Resort and had a generally wonderful experience that earns a solid four-star rating. The resort is a beautiful escape from the city's hustle, offering a serene environment and lush greenery that immediately puts you at ease. The landscaping is well-maintained and the overall aesthetic of the property is quite impressive, making it a great spot for photography and relaxation. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a decent view, though I noticed a few minor areas in the bathroom that could use a bit of a touch-up. The staff members were exceptionally polite and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced the hospitality factor. As for the food, the buffet offered a nice variety of local and continental dishes; while most items were flavorful and fresh, a few dishes felt a bit standard and could benefit from a more gourmet touch. The swimming pool was a major highlight, being clean and well-sized, providing the perfect way to cool off during the afternoon. I also appreciated the various outdoor activities available, which make it an ideal destination for families and corporate outings. The only reason I am not giving it a full five stars is that the check-in process felt a bit slow and some of the amenities, like the Wi-Fi in certain corners of the resort, were a bit inconsistent. However, these are minor hiccups in what was otherwise a very refreshing stay. I would certainly recommend Subornobhumi Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with quality service and a touch of nature's beauty.

It's a good resort with great view. Had great time at the swimming pool. Staffs were welcoming but their food was not upto the mark.

My worst resort experience in Bangladesh. No intercom, weak network connection and no service availability after 10pm. Solitude is not seclusion. They refused to serve anything after 10pm like we are inmates of max security prison. Food is good though. But there are tons of restaurants that serve you good food. I’m not coming here again. Ever. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I recently stayed here for one night with my family. This place is more suitable for newly married couples or groups of friends looking to hang out. However, it is not ideal for a family tour, as there are very few activities for children. The swimming pool water was not clean enough, which was disappointing. Another major drawback is that guests have to stay inside their rooms in the evening, leaving very limited options for outdoor activities or entertainment. This is the most negative aspect of the resort, and the management should take steps to improve it. Overall, the resort may be a good choice for couples or friends, but it is not well-suited for families with children.

Today was my third visit to Subarna Bhumi Resort and it felt just as special as the first one. The food was amazing, the view of the River Meghna is simply breathtaking, and the staff were decent and welcoming. What made this visit truly special was a beautiful gesture from the management. It was my marriage anniversary and during a casual conversation the Manager found out about it. Less than half an hour later, he sent us a lovely flower bouquet, which completely surprised us and made our day even more memorable.
