I had to come to this specific agency when I was going to Singapore. One of my friend recommended this agency and the service person was extremely helpful and fully guided They made sure my hotel booking and my air tickets are well confirmed and they have service desk for many other airlines also. They got a big office but in a bit awkward location. It was a bit difficult to find as there is no signboard outside. Apart from that the over all experience is great.

WORST SERVICE EVER PEOPLE HERE DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CLIENTS A GUY NAMED AKASH LITERALLY ASKED ME TO KEEP QUIET JUST BECAUSE I WAS EXPLAINING MY SITUATION IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE SLAPPED THE GUY

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very competitive pricing. There are like 3 ticketing agencies in that area and I found the best rate here. Rafiq bhai is a very helpful person and a gentleman, I missed my flight from Chennai to Dhaka and informed Rafiq bhai on a Friday. He told me not to worry about getting back, he is going to issue me a ticket from his home since friday is the weekly holiday and sent me an eticket copy and also told me I can pay later when the office is running. And Rayhanul Bashar who is in charge of hotel booking gave me a lot of suitable options before booking and also helped me connect with Rafiq bhai when I missed my flight.
