My experience at Taz Garden House was disappointing. The environment was not clean or well-maintained, and the room did not meet basic expectations. The facilities need significant improvement. I would not recommend this place to first-time visitors.

I stayed here for two days and two nights, and this is my honest experience. The building is a bit old, but they have decorated and maintained it beautifully — it gives off a charming and cozy vibe. What impressed me the most was the staff's behavior. Their manners were exceptionally polite and respectful. Shekhar Da, Abu Bakkar Bhai, and the room service team were all extremely warm, kind, and welcoming. If you're looking for a mid-range hotel in Dhaka, I highly recommend this place. It truly feels like a home away from home.

Booked a single room for the night. Sheets were clean but the room was very dusty. Gave me a sever allergy attack and no sleep.

A fabulous place. Coming here for 4 nights last month, I was assured this was the best place to stay in Dhaka and my return visit showed their consistency of top tier quality. Across all 30+ countries that I have been to, this place is the best place I have stayed. Their service, focus towards security, and cleanliness is top tier and is an example to all others. They not only helped me book my next destination but got me a great deal and the owner took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that I would make the correct bus. I really appreciate their ability to speak multiple languages and make the stay feel like a home. I will be coming back next week.

It's an Old House actually.. The rooms are not so clean and tidy.. But they have a big heart ❤️❤️.. They serve with a big smile.. Very reasonable price as per the place.. So many options for food and shopping around.. BTW they have their own cooking and serve option.. Whatever you want just ask them to cook, they will cook for you within 2 hours..
