worst experience ever. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start, making the place feel unwelcoming. The food situation was a complete disaster — barely anything available, no desserts at all, and most of the trays were empty with staff showing no interest in refilling them. On the rare occasion plates were brought out, they were filthy, which is completely unacceptable. When I asked about it, the excuse was that the venue was “busy” — as if that justifies poor hygiene and lack of service. This is not just disappointing, it’s disgraceful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs — cheap, careless, and an utter waste of time and money. Not recommended.

A cheaper buffet restaurant than how cheap it actually is. They dont serve cutleries at the buffet stations. They expect you to use the only sets of cutleries they provide at the table multiple times. During cleaning the plates they kepts our used, dirty cutleries in the table. Lol. Also they they chases you with their bil at the middle of your food session. They reminds you multiple time to give out the money they deserve(lol). And yes, regardless to say, they dont accept card. It feels like they are not very confident that you are gonna actually pay at the end and you might run away. Also their manager and waiter feels so unwelcoming and unprofessional. For example, when I asked for knife(yes, they dont provide you at the table), their waiter asked me to go to the food area whereas they should have instantly brought it to me. And guess what, when I went to food area, there was no cutlaries, they said go to the cash counter to ask for the knife. And yes, then I went to the cash counter to ask for just a simple knife. Then the manager said, let me find it and send it to you. Then I waited waited and looked multiple times at the manager. Finally got my so valuable, cherished knives. Lol. At the end, a 800 taka buffet reminds you at every step, bro, you are cheap and you desearve to be cheap

Extremely poor service They start dinner at 7pm. They serve fish, octopus only once then no top up. Only 3-4% people can eat. Luckily they’ve huge customers but in future no one will visit after such experience. My family waited for some food for 30 minutes. They serve little amount and empty immediately then need to wait for long again. Serving people are not friendly they reply rude. Even the counter manager, kind of damn care. Well, I’m a food lover, I hope they improve their service and should top up food once finished because customers are paying and not getting service.

Decent variety of food, but honestly it’s pretty average, nothing really wowed me. The vibe is also just okay, not super cozy or lively. Good if you just want a simple buffet, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back. They won’t accept card only cash. Bkash is available sometimes. A buffet within 800 tk budget, what luxury do you expect !!
