Recently I had a chance to visit there to attend a marriage ceremony. Decoration: good, you will find few corners to take snaps. Food quality: Above average. Refill: Slow! Overall: Another option as a budget friendly buffet, nothing special. (Limitation: You have to wait for lift 😴)

We recently had an Iftar come dinner buffet. Based on the experience, the service was satisfactory but not exceptional. The food quality was average, lacking in deliciousness, and resulted in one person experiencing diarrhea and another with a stomach ache, suggesting potential hygiene issues. Despite filling the stomach, the overall dining experience was marred by these health concerns. It's crucial for restaurants to prioritize food hygiene to prevent such incidents. Customers rely on establishments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety to ensure a pleasant dining experience without compromising their health.

I have been a foodie for long time and hence found my worst of the worst experience today till date. I am speechless, the serving area was more crowded and dangerous than gulistan road or kawran bazar fish market. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes just to find a plate+spoon. At first i couldnt even get near the main lunch item area because of so many people waiting. They were deliberately delaying refill and some main items were not being refilled at all. I couldnt find a single piece, yes single piece! of meat in neither biriyani nor kacchi in my 2-3 visit there. Once they brought beef curry, it was finished before even poring into the bowl as so many people were lined up and waitimg for long time & finished before even reaching me. The lunch time was from 1 pm to 4pm and it is the story of 2 pm only..! The place is not even a bit photogenic. They put over, over number of chairs than the capability just like our country local bus. I couldnt even move, couldnt even stand, couldnt even take a picture in peace, clashing with people multiple times just trying to go to my seat. The waiters were behaving rude, uncleaned plates are here and there and they dont even care. And to say about the item/taste, oh my god, not a least creative desert.. They made 5-6 items by just using different color with same pastry. Crab/chicken/fried_rice/noodles/soup(no toppings)/wonthon items were below below average. Its a new standard for worst service/environment and taste combined I suggest anyone to go to any street restaurent than coming here to waste money. This is the first time in my life where i became anti hungry just by highly hostile environment. This kind of restaurent should be banned and punished for fraud. I wish i could give them negative 5 star review. May Allah bless them.

we tried lunch buffet first thing is the restaurant was small to try buffet. we had to wrestle for food :v then the good food was zeroing very soon. but the staff was not refilling them quick enough. in the end they was not refilling at all. last of all buffet experience was not good here.

THE CAFE RIO: Pleasant ambiance, overcrowded. Average food, standout starters, disappointing sushi. Efficient service but lacking friendliness. Not the best value for money.
