Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. A special mention to Front Office Manager Siyan, who was very professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. The service was great, everything was cool, and I felt very welcome throughout. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

* The hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, they demanded more money than the price shown on Booking.com, which felt dishonest. The room had a strong smoking smell, and while the bed was acceptable, the overall condition was poor. The pool was dirty, and the staff were very unprofessional. *I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has good reviews—they seem misleading. The location is also inconvenient, far from restaurants and shopping areas. *I chose not to stay, and based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before booking.

The environment was peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place to relax, enjoy the vacation, and spend quality time. The overall experience was amazing, and I would definitely love to visit again.

I had a great stay at The Castle Inn. The hotel gives excellent quality and comfort. The rooftop infinity-view swimming pool is amazing, and the food quality is also very good. Overall, it’s great value for money.
