Very bad customer service I have experienced with them. Couple of times visited this branch for many reasons, experienced the same. These people just can talk in stylish way rather having good communication skills, how to treat customers, understanding the customer concerns.

Very bad experience of withdrawing cash & deposit cash in this branch. Very poor skilled Gulshan City Bank officers made me awaited for 1.5 hours to complete my procedure.Actually the A/C holder was my sister. She was in India for treatment purpose. She issued me a cheque with her authorized signature to withdraw money. A/C my sister emailed from her authorized email ID to the relevant branch to approve the cheque. But unfortunately very poor skilled Gulshan City Bank officers failed to communicate with the relevant branch timely & made me awaited 1.5 hours to complete the procedure. Highly NOT recommended Gulshan City Bank Branch.

The best bank in Bangladesh. You can trust them because from my last 8 years banking experience with them found they have true business vision. Like they are stable, they believe customer first, they think how Customer get best banking service. I must say whatever feature city have no one have. Citytouch the only differentiator. It's best of best. You will get all service here without going bank. This branch just 5 min walking distance from gulshan 1 circle. Just oposite of fish and co shop. ATM & CDM available. AMEX SERVICE center also available

On the 25th Anniversary in 2008, The City Bank Limited revamped its image and services. This include the launch of a new logo, launched American Express credit cards, brokerage business, and City Wallet (SMS Banking) service. The name of the bank was simplified to "City Bank" from its earlier "The City Bank Limited". The new logo, depicting a red and white checkered box kite, was launched on July, 2008 Services, Employee and manager is too gentle in this branch.
