The hotel was previously operated under different ownership and was known as The Cox Beach Resort. It is now under new ownership and has been rebranded as The White Beach Resort, managed by a highly professional team. The transformation is clearly noticeable. The new management is providing quality service at a reasonable price, ensuring a much better guest experience compared to before. Specially Musharof and Mizan bhai both are co-operative personal. The location is also very convenient. The hotel is situated directly opposite Long Beach Hotel, surrounded by numerous restaurants, so food is never an issue. Additionally, a bus counter is located right beside the hotel, making transportation easy and accessible. For those who visited the hotel in the past, it is definitely worth visiting again to experience the significant improvements under the new management.

Washroom could've been a bit nicer and I saw cockroaches in corners of the room and also they were walking around the hallway and rooms at midnight. Otherwise great service and rooms within a very affordable price.

**Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs** The worst hotel in Cox's Bazar. I had booked and paid in full for a room for 3 guests, clearly mentioning our late arrival due to our 5 PM flight. We reached the hotel around 7 PM. when we got there we found that our room had been sold to someone else. Shockingly, the staff didn’t even take responsibility. Their excuse? “I just joined. The person responsible isn't here and can’t be reached, out of town.” This level of irresponsibility and mismanagement is unacceptable. No coordination, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for guests. The front desk staff seemed clueless and lacked even basic manners. Save your money, time. never book this hotel online .they will scam you. Avoid this place – it’s not worth a single star.

Complete Waste of money. Worst-ever maintenance system. Wash room mirrors, doors, shoes all were in very bad condition. The door of the room was bad, the furniture was bad, worned out. Just a shame as a hotel. This kinda service is not expected at all for the tourists.
