Poor management, frustrating service, and disappointing food quality. That’s how I would summarize our stay. We checked in on April 16, 2026, and stayed at THE ELITE RESIDENCE for 3 nights. It’s been more than a month, but I still wanted to take the time to leave this feedback. I chose this hotel mainly because of my family traveling to the US and the location being very close to the airport. The appearance and environment looked really good at first, and that’s what made me book it. But within the first hour, I realized the management and service were extremely poor. It felt like the hotel was being run by a third party instead of proper management, and that reflected in almost everything. The biggest issue was the room keys. Almost every time, the keys wouldn’t work. Whenever I asked for help, there was always an excuse like, “Wait a second, let me fix the key,” “Let me make another one,” or “Let me find your key.” Even when I intentionally left my key at the desk to avoid losing it outside, they still took a long time just to hand me the correct key back. This happened repeatedly and became very frustrating. The room service was also very poor. If you needed anything urgently, they took so long that sometimes you’d start wondering whether they were even going to come or not. Also, the telephone in the room didn’t work, and they couldn’t fix it either. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing as well. For a hotel charging around 5,000–6,000 BDT per room, I expected much better quality. The breakfast had very minimal items, and the food quality felt below standard. It gave the vibe of a low-quality hotel breakfast despite the hotel itself looking premium from the outside. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential because the environment and appearance are genuinely good. But due to poor management, weak room service, and disappointing food quality, it’s not a hotel I would personally recommend or visit again.

First of all, they do no take card payments. Only bKash or cash. We had booked through booking.com and paid 4300Tk. The photos and some of these reviews are not to be believed. They are not at all what the property looks like. Everything from lighting, the environment, the quality of the rooms and the cleanliness is much worse than expected. They offered a bigger room to us as it was our first time but the first room we went to was not even cleaned up after the last guests left. Then we were taken to an alternative upgraded room which was very bad. Cockroaches and bugs crawling as soon as we walked in. The walls had water marks/pain peeling and the room was a generally ugly room. It also had a very strong odour from smoking even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They were trying to convince us it was from outside and not inside the room even though it was stronger inside the room. I requested to just get the original room we were getting if its any better than this. This room was better aesthetically and seemed cleaner but not really up to standard. Out of having no other option we accepted this. The bedsheets had stains on them. The floor didnt feel like it was propely sweeped all the way especially around the corners. Lot of spider webs and dust around furniture. There was a weird bottle of some colored liquid in the toilet next to the basin which we did not even want to find out what it was. The toilet wasn't that good. Didn't seem the floors were properly scrubbed so had stains forming on the tiles. I haven't stayed in many low budget places in Dhaka so I don't know how this compared but it was definitely not up to expectations.

This hotel in Dhaka is the worst according to its price. They served cold food for breakfast, which was a major disappointment. They also didn’t have a buffet breakfast, as advertised. Also, there were safety and cleanliness issues at the hotel.

First of all the hotel is located in a very quiet - residential place. I will say, within 3500 BDT, the service was 'good'. The room had an ac though it didnt work up to the mark. The TV remote doesn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have any hairdryer. And as a complimentary, they dont provide coffee, just green and black tea! If you just want a comfortable - quiet- safe- budget friendly place, then i would only recommend this place

First of all, the hotel did not recognize the booking made through Agoda. I had a voucher so I showed it when I checked in. The room and the number of days of stay were wrong. The system is very cheap. The room is fine if you only sleep. There is no refrigerator or safe. You cannot bring in your own food. I decided to just accept it since I was only staying for a week. Although I said I would not bring in my own food, they only prepared one breakfast, which was a stale breakfast of toast and coffee. It was prepared on the other days, but the taste was normal. I think the variety of food is normal for this price. In terms of service, after making the room, bath towels and face towels were left behind. I called the front desk but they did not bring them. I called again and they finally brought them. On the last day, the door lock to the room was broken. I don't know if it was a sensor failure or what, but I had to wait about an hour in the lobby until it was fixed. I don't think I've had this experience at any other hotel. If you ask me if I would stay again, I would probably stay because the price is cheap.
