This hotel places at a very lucrative place like just beside of Banani play ground. It is on the western side of Banani grave yard road. At first appearance it looks like a private residence. The hotel is very calm and clean. At the first floor, there is a Tourism office operated by others. It seems auckward. There are free parkings at underground basement.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The interior looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or renovated since the 90s , dusty furniture, stained walls, and bedsheets that were already dirty when we checked in. To make things worse, the staff had the audacity to charge us for “dirty sheets” even though they were filthy from the start. Total scam! The bathroom door got stuck and locked automatically!!! When we called for help, no one picked up the phone at first, and it took them over an hour to show up and fix it. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your money, time, or sanity, stay anywhere else but here. The management needs a serious reality check starting with basic cleanliness, honesty, and customer service.

Rooms are not upto the mark according to the price. Service and rooms need to inprove a lot. In this price range the service in this area is reasonable but not according to the expectation. Avoid if you expect clean room and specious environment in Banani.

It was one of the most posh area of Dhaka city. But this hotel is marked as 3 star hotel but I didn't think it's service quality is like 3 star. It is an average quality. Foods are also average. I had the opportunity a few times to visit there. The foods are tasty and presentation is good. The upper terrace is really beautiful along with all facilities. Other floors are good as well. Located in a calmly place on the main road. Parking has a bit shortage but manageable. Staffs are cordial with good attitude. Clean and smell free inside the restaurant. But a scope of improvement is always there. Overall nice restaurant with worth of money.
