11/10; I wish I could give more. So it was last year, and my family planned to spend the vacation at The Palace Luxury Resort. The resort offered us a good blend of comfort and elegance. There are some key features that I think everyone should know about this resort. Like breathtaking architecture, landscaped gardens, a fitness center, a spa, and gourmet cuisine, rooms are equipped with modern amenities, and for recreational activities, they include a swimming pool and a tennis court. Now the main memorable thing is the service of their stuffs . They are quite professional and attentive to making their guests comfortable during their vacation.

100/10 experience Absolutely loved the food, ambience, staff behaviour, decor, pool and the rooms. Also they gave my parents a cute surprise in their room by decorating it. ( picture attached below ) My most favourite thing about the place is that there’s a lot of activities to do here, ranging from arcade, movies, boating, maze to seeing the whole resort around in a buggy. Would definitely recommend for a second time visit.

It was an excellent experience. We availed an offer and stayed as family of 4 with 5 meals over two days at tk 22k. It was a win win situation. The customer service excellent and they are trying their level best. One thing that can be taken into consideration is reducing the fee of the water park and introducing a few more meal options 👍

We stayed here during New Year’s Eve. We had such an amazing time, especially their extravagant firework display alongside singers, restaurant food outdoors/indoors were super delicious. We booked the villa, which was so big and spacious set in a secluded peaceful place. It honestly felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful scenery every corner you go, also the balcony in the villa was amazing leading to a hidden walkway. My husband’s birthday was one day before this, so they surprised us with a cute cake.

The place is immaculate, with pristine villas nestled within greenery. All the amenities were modern and elegant. The ambiance is quite soothing. In terms of activities there is movie theater, cycling, swimming with a gym and Turkish bath, fishing, indoor games, tennis, a jungle gym and a small water park preferably for kids. There are three restaurant within the resort. There is the olive restaurant which serves buffet and A la carte meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is the Revolution which serves evening meals and lastly is the Nostalgia cafe which serves street food style menu from multi cultural influences. Everything at the resort was nice, the only reason for not giving a 5 star was the food. Although the presentation was great the taste was not the best. The best items there was their desserts.

💯💯Till 2024, in my 15 years of experience in staying different hotels and resorts in Bangladesh, the Palace is most reliable, professional and friendly in top notch service and the environment with the experience can’t be described in words. They are best in Bangladesh. Highly recommended. They know what is called the service and they are very knowledgeable and professionally trained. Overall experience was amazing and luxurious.
