11/10; I wish I could give more. So it was last year, and my family planned to spend the vacation at The Palace Luxury Resort. The resort offered us a good blend of comfort and elegance. There are some key features that I think everyone should know about this resort. Like breathtaking architecture, landscaped gardens, a fitness center, a spa, and gourmet cuisine, rooms are equipped with modern amenities, and for recreational activities, they include a swimming pool and a tennis court. Now the main memorable thing is the service of their stuffs . They are quite professional and attentive to making their guests comfortable during their vacation.

This resort is unique in location, management and hospitality. Their staff is very good and they are sincere. However, I felt that they have stopped at one place, when I visited there again after a long time, I saw that nothing new has happened in this time. I think if some more entertainment programs can be organized, it would be very good. People go for entertainment, so if new things are added, it would be good. Dinner time can be till 11 pm.

Really good! There are many things I loved about palace. For starter, their food is awesome. Very few resorts of this type serve beef at buffet breakfast. They refill their food quite quickly. I had the lunch buffet as well, and there was chicken, beef, mutton available. Taste was good as well. Overall 10/10

We had a great experience here at The Palace Resort. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. We are staying few days and everyday we are felt very refreshing with the nature and atmosphere around. Specially thanks to this kind person name Kabir(Banquet Manager) someone like him always be a great addition to the business. If I came in future anytime soon, Mr. Kabir will be a reason, I'll consider this Resort. His service and behavior definitely appreciate it. 🙂

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at this resort for two nights. It had always been on my list for a relaxing staycation, and I’m glad I finally managed to make the time for it. There’s no doubt that this is one of the most expensive resorts in Bangladesh—but in my experience, it was worth every penny. Before visiting, I was a bit concerned about the food due to several negative reviews. However, I didn’t find those concerns entirely justified. While there were a few dishes that didn’t suit my taste—mainly due to heavier use of spices—overall, the food quality was quite decent. I booked a one-bedroom villa with a full board package. One of the highlights of my stay was dinner at The Revolution restaurant, which was fantastic. Lastly, I really appreciated the warm and welcoming service from all the staff—it made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

2nd time visit after 5 years. Stayed 5 days in the tower. The room was not sound proof. Could hear others in the corridor. Very well maintained facilities. Buffet could improve the Menu. Restaurang amazing.
