I want to add that after my previous review and talk with the hotel adminstration, they were kind enough to arrange and provide my small requirements. They also went extra miles to make my remaining stay comfortable. This definitely deserves a good review and I am changing my overall rating to a 5 star. Although, location from airport is bit far but convenient as per requirements within the city. I was surprised to know that the so called 5star/4star hotel doesn’t serve americano at their dining area! That’s strange. I have had the opportunity to stay at few good hotels across globe and that’s considered as a basic amenity for the guests. Hope the hotel improves its quality in future.

The rooms are slightly compact. The rooftop pool, although not expansive, is adequate. Regrettably, there is no designated play area for children. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. The room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were all commendable.

surely the best hotel in town. clean and modern with amazing service. the rooftop restaurants, bar and pool deck are immensely popular with hotel guests and locals alike and for good reason. 100m away from dampara bus stand for luxury ac long distance rides. plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I was very unhappy to find out that you cannot order food and consume it inside the room that you paid for. I constantly order food from in room menu and I thought one afternoon I’d try something else. They say it’s for health and safety, no idea what this means, a grown adult cannot consume food purchased in the room he is paying for.
