The stay was good with nice villa, spacious and with view. Seems like villa 2 got the best view, we stayed in villa 1. The experience was okay place-wise, but not so great. Service needs to be more improved.

They don’t know how to give service to the guests. The pool was not available on day 1 but the next day I saw the dirtiest pool of my life. The owner was not good enough to run a resort. There were only two staffs to maintain everything. They lie to you with food. They will tell you to give different food but will give almost none of it. With this much money, I won’t recommend it. Choose wisely where you should stay.

We recently organized a meeting at QB Holiday Homes and Cafe. While the venue has some good features, the overall experience left a lot to be desired, and it feels somewhat overrated for what it offers. ​Here is a detailed breakdown of our experience: ​🚗 Accessibility & Location (Positive) The best thing about this place is its location. It is situated right beside the main road, making commuting and access incredibly easy for everyone in our group. There was no hassle in navigating or finding the spot. ​🌳 Ambiance & Environment I really appreciated the green elements of the resort. The landscaping and greenery give it a nice, refreshing vibe, which is a great backdrop for a gathering or a quick escape from the city. ​🍽️ Food Quality (Medium) The food was of medium quality at best. For a place that brands itself as a holiday home and cafe, the culinary experience was underwhelming. It wasn’t terrible, but there is massive room for improvement in terms of flavor, presentation, and menu execution to live up to expectations. ​🏊 Pool & Facilities (Major Disappointment) This was the most frustrating part of our stay. The swimming pool was not clean, which was highly disappointing. To make matters worse, they charge extra money specifically to use the pool. If a resort is demanding an additional fee for an amenity, the bare minimum expectation is that it should be pristine and well-maintained. It felt entirely unfair to pay premium pricing for a neglected facility. ​🏢 Space & Value The overall space within the venue is quite limited. If you are planning a gathering or a meeting, it can feel cramped quickly. Given the premium reputation and the pricing structure, the layout and capacity simply do not match the hype. ​Conclusion: QB Holiday Homes has the foundation of a great spot—the roadside access is excellent and the green ambiance is lovely. However, until they improve their food quality, drastically step up the cleanliness and maintenance of their paid facilities (like the pool), and offer better value for the space, it remains a heavily overrated venue. It was an okay experience, but it could have been so much better.

Room was not much modern such floor and TV was not active, Bathroom has no bath tub and has no window, due to this inconvenience, air pollution is stuck. Too much expensive across food and resort decorative environment. But swimming pool was amazing.

I visited QB Holiday Homes about six months ago, and honestly, this place is hugely overrated. The room service is non-existent, and the rooms themselves are not worth the price—I paid 15,000 BDT for two nights, but the quality barely felt like 3,000 BDT. The pools are dirty and poorly maintained. There’s no in-house restaurant, so you’re stuck with whatever food comes in your package. They even charged 300 BDT for breakfast, which was far below acceptable quality, and 120 BDT for a single cup of black coffee (basically a 5tk small pack of nescafe without sugar) Despite charging rates like a five-star property, the actual services are closer to one star. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
