Certain staff members have demonstrated highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. In particular, an incident last year involving an intern’s misconduct toward international guests resulted in the loss of approximately 50 clients. If appropriate corrective actions, including the termination of such individuals, are not taken promptly, it may seriously undermine the company’s reputation, credibility, and overall value.

The place is really clean, comfortable and it has a good environment. The crowd is also good. Food quality is much more hygienic and fresh. Taste is 7.6/10. But the hosts are really well behaved and mannered. Overall I want everyone to come and check the place themselves. Very warm and welcoming staff. Price is also reasonable.

I went there to attend my niece's birthday. The atmosphere was good, the food tasted moderate but the service was poor. Every time, we had to ask for a food refill. Poor sense of responsibility. Plz improve.

good place everything is ok. I ate pizza 4 cheese it was great. But the swimming pool is freezingly cold. It would be nice if it would have some water warming system for winter period. the room was clean and comfortable.
