Yes in this hotel the location is a little near from Sugandha Beach and the environment is fairly good not so good. Non AC double bed is Tk 1500 per night but the price may be negotiable in December and January. Disadvantages: Those who are responsible for this service in the hotel offer different services

Very bad management. These photos are probably newly taken. But now the room is exausted.We have booked AC room. But they only allow AC at night and they didn’t informed us this before booked the room.The washroom is totaly disaster, unhealthy and very unhygienic.

First of all, this hotel is very near to Sea Beach. I was there for few days. I found overall environment of this hotel is good. You can see the Sea beach view from balcony but you should take the room on front side to see the view. The service is overall good and reasonable price. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel.

Food is tasty specially the bar b que. But the service is not so good unfortunately.

Hotel not so good. They show good rooms but giving another room.Staff behaviour average but they are not so sincere. Couple room is worst room i have ever seen, here I shared some pictures broken high commode, broken bassin, peeling off paints from toilet roof, very old broken furnitures. Please check before take room.
