A friend invited us for dinner at The WAY Dhaka, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was freshly prepared, delicious, and full of flavor. The service was excellent, with well-trained, attentive staff who provided outstanding hospitality throughout our visit. The hotel itself appeared exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and of a very high standard. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend it as a 5-star boutique hotel in Dhaka. Wishing the team continued success and all the best for the future!

The worst experience in Dhaka ever! The hotel washed my clothes without my permission and spoiled my clothes. Even they did not make any compensations for their excuse they charged my money for their laundry service. You should stay away from these unprofessional people.

Overall, my stay was fine, but one interaction left a negative impression. While I was having breakfast, a staff member approached me asking if I could leave a review. I agreed out of politeness. Later, as I was about to leave, she reminded me again and asked me to pass her my phone so she could direct me to their TripAdvisor page. When I selected 4 stars, she said, “Ma’am, please give us 5 stars.” I found this uncomfortable and unprofessional. Feedback should be voluntary and honest — not prompted or coached. When I finally said I had a flight to catch, she replied with an attitude, “Ok ma’am,” which was disappointing and unnecessary. Small moments like this can completely change a guest’s perception of an otherwise pleasant stay.

One of the best 5* hotels in all of BD, not just Dhaka. Location is perfectly situated on the quiet backroads of Gulshan away from all noise and crazyness. Rooms were amazing, perfect AC, in room dining and services all throughout the hotel. Nice rooftop pool, badminton courts and restaurants all on site. Staff were very helpful and friendly, security staff also very kind and protective.

I love this hotel and always stay here when I'm visiting Dhaka. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is different, varied and well made. The people are wonderful - helpful and friendly. It's intimate, extremely good value for money and reliable. Everything you would wish and expect from a hotel. Highly recommend
