I am extremely impressed with the Westin Dhaka, not only because of its excellent location, beautiful rooms, and outstanding amenities, but most importantly because of its people. From the security personnel at the entrance checkpoints to the room service staff, every member of the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist—even before being asked—made a remarkable impression on me and my colleagues. They took a sincere interest in ensuring our stay was enjoyable, offering recommendations on local attractions and dining options, all of which proved to be excellent. I would especially like to recognize two outstanding team members. First, Ms. Falguni Biswas at Seasonal Tastes provided truly world-class hospitality. She remembered our names, consistently checked on our needs, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. One statement she made perfectly captures the culture of the hotel: “We don’t see our guests as clients; we see them as family.” That is exactly how we felt throughout our stay. Second, I would like to commend Mr. Limon for his professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional communication skills. I personally witnessed him manage a challenging situation involving multiple guests seeking assistance simultaneously. He handled the matter with composure, efficiency, and professionalism. He is truly a valuable asset to the hotel. Having traveled to more than 20 countries and stayed in countless hotels around the world, I can confidently say that the Westin Dhaka ranks among the very best hotels I have ever experienced—if not the very best. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by the staff sets this property apart and makes it a model of excellence in hospitality.

The stay was exceptionally comfortable, thanks to their iconic Heavenly Bed, which ensures a restful experience like no other. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and well-maintained. The dining at Seasonal Tastes was another highlight, offering an extensive buffet with a great balance of local and international cuisines. Every dish was fresh and flavorful. The staff members are incredibly professional, polite, and attentive to every detail, making the overall experience seamless. Its a amazing experience at Prego Bar. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, with excellent music that created a perfect atmosphere for the evening. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Matiur for his warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel truly welcome. The combination of great service, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and wonderful music made the experience memorable. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and make you feel valued throughout the entire dining experience, which adds a special touch beyond just the food. The buffet spread itself is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes. Everything is well-presented, fresh, and full of flavor, making it easy to go back for seconds (or even thirds). Whether you’re in the mood for something light or indulgent, there’s always something satisfying on the table. The overall quality and consistency really stand out compared to many other places. What makes it even more enjoyable is the comfortable and elegant ambiance, which allows you to relax and truly enjoy your meal. It’s perfect for family gatherings, special occasions, or even just treating yourself to a great dining experience. Every visit feels just as special as the first, which is why it’s a place I always look forward to returning to again and again.

Me and my family just had a pizza at Prego in the Westin just on the 2nd day of Eid-Ul-Adha. It was simply so delicious. Taste is truly unparalleled!! Our thanks to the chef making the pizza.
