A wonderful restaurant with nice ambience and hospitality. You can.see live music from here and enjoy your food. The environment is pleasing and amazing.

Environment was good. Behaviour of Staff also good enough. Food was good but skip 'ramen soup ' item i feel its too ordinary like homemade ramen.

The mixed rice and beef with onion was better than the chicken fry. The mushroom cream soap was ordinary with very little mushroom in it. Taste was not what I am used to. Overall the food was fresh. The most important factor is the atmosphere. It is very pleasant inside. Not too crowded a decent place to be in.

I had previously tried the oven baked pasta and mixed pasta from Thirty 3 Restaurant, and it was excellent. Based on that experience, I ordered the oven baked pasta again today. Unfortunately, this time it was a complete disappointment. The pasta tasted as if it was mixed with Thai soup, the toppings were extremely limited, and the cheese was barely there. The quality was far below acceptable standards and nothing like what I had before. The service was equally unacceptable. When I asked for mayonnaise, the waiter first brought chili flakes, then tomato ketchup, and only after repeated requests did he bring the mayonnaise. After making the payment, I asked to speak with the manager, but my request was ignored. The waiter walked away and started talking with another staff member without any response. Considering the price of **797**, this was one of the worst experiences I have had. This experience reflects a serious lack of consistency, food quality control, and basic customer service. I expected much better from Thirty 3 Restaurant.
