Established amidst the tranquil environs of Thengamara, Bogura, TMSS Nursing College (TNC) came into being in the year 2008. This idyllic institution finds its location adjacent to the Bogura Rangpur Highway, a mere six kilometers to the north of Bogura Town.
In its initial stride, TNC garnered official recognition from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH&FW) on the 24th of December, 2008, for its BSC in Nursing (Post Basic) program, comprising a total of 30 available seats. The imprimatur of approval was a crucial step, paving the way for the subsequent journey.
The affiliation of this course with Rajshahi University materialized in the academic session of 2009-10, heralding the commencement of student admissions. Since then, the gates of knowledge have welcomed aspiring minds into its embrace.
The momentum of growth was palpable as the seat count swelled to 40 during the session spanning from 2017 to 2018. This expansion was officially sanctioned by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH&FW) and Rajshahi University, signifying the increasing prominence of the institution.
From the session of 2017-2018 onwards, the academic association shifted to Rajshahi Medical University, solidifying the institution's commitment to excellence. With each passing year, the academic amphitheater witnesses the influx of students into its 40 available seats, marking a perpetual cycle of scholarly engagement.
