Even after cancelling my SMS alert service, I am still being charged for it. When I contacted the bank, I was informed that this service is now compulsory for everyone. This makes no sense—if it is compulsory, why was I allowed to cancel it in the first place? Charging customers for a service they do not want or cannot opt out of is unreasonable and unfair. This policy is extremely disappointing.

Worse customer care service in Bangladesh. Been trying to get a hold of a customer care agent all of them are busy. Very poor customer care service for a huge bank which is operated under Bangladesh Army. Management need to see this as it is directly related to customer service.

***QUICK REVIEW*** 1. Built with the objective to meet the financial needs of Bangladesh Army. 2. Not a good market orientated player: say, they don't have a mobile app (till writing this review) for their financial services, while most other banks in the market do.

One of the good commercial bank in Bangladesh operating by Army welfare. They have very good reputation to the civilian population also besides army's. In this building they have head office and the building owning themselves.
