The booking process was easy. The front office was professional. As per the price, the washroom is not too good and big enough, there was no hairdryer. We faced a problem at their rooftop restaurant. One of their staff was staring badly at my friend. And she felt so uncomfortable about that. He is probably a supervisor or manager of the restaurant, but his attitude was like an owner. He was sitting next to the restaurant for a long time and staring at her at the dinner. Otherwise fine. Not coming back here again.

Avoid this place. Paid for a double room and they gave a tiny room. Can't move inside the room without bumping into different furniture. The behavior of the front desk people made me feel like they are doing a charity by letting me stay there. Asked to change the room but they denied the request right away. Also they tried to establish that the tiny room was a deluxe room, even though we had previously stayed in a double room, which was literally double the size of the tiny room they gave us.

My stay at Unique Regency Hotel was fantastic. The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Primeasia University. The rooms are comfortable with modern amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the upgraded room with a balcony. The rooftop terrace with a pool and BBQ restaurant offers stunning city views. The staff is attentive, and room service is prompt. The hotel also features an airy cafe, an exercise room, and convenient amenities like breakfast and parking. I highly recommend Unique Regency Hotel for a pleasant stay in Dhaka.

We went to the banquet hall for Iftaar and Buffet Dinner. There are not so many options in the menu if you are picky. Some items were good: Pastry, Pudding, Fruits, Fried Rice, Prawn and Ginger, Mutton Biriyani, Breaded Fish, Haleem. But we did not like other items like Pasta, Italian Noodles, Beef Kala Vuna, Chicken Kabab, Kunafa, very watery Papaya Juice. The place is beautiful, but quite small.
