Their room and services are too goods, and in case they so are humble and humanities, accidentally my child broke their water glass and I tried to pay, but they didn’t accept any damarage. I really appreciate their services and recommended except swimming pool. Their swimming pool was extremely dirty and filthy during our visit, which was very disappointing. Additionally, I noticed a toilet located in the water, which created an unpleasant environment. I kindly request you to please look into this matter and improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool facilities.

The resort is very beautiful and located in a scenic hilly area, which makes it visually impressive. However, our overall stay had several issues that need attention. We booked more than 25 rooms, and many of them had non-functional amenities such as hair dryers, electric kettles, and televisions. Although we reported these problems, most were fixed the next day, which caused inconvenience. The Wi-Fi speed was extremely poor. Since mobile network coverage is weak in this hilly area, reliable Wi-Fi is crucial. Unfortunately, internet connectivity was a major drawback and negatively affected the stay. The food quality was good, but the dining manager’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, which impacted the dining experience. Overall, the resort has strong potential due to its location and appearance, but better room maintenance, improved Wi-Fi service, and more professional staff behavior are necessary to deliver a satisfactory guest experience.

A very well-decorated resort with top-quality service. The lake view from the room makes the stay more enjoyable. But they should definitely work on the food menu and taste. The taste and quality of foods are not up to standard. Overall satisfied with their services.

Venus resort lived up to all that I expected and some more!! Everyone was super friendly, kind, generous and accommodating. The resort itself is very clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for kids to run around safely and breathe fresh air. Food at their restaurant was amazing, made to order and perfect to our taste. They took all the extra precautions I asked for the children. And we didn’t get sick!!! They are extremely hospitable, they take care of their guests really well. I recommend this resort to anyone who want to have pleasant experience but especially to those traveling from out of the country.

The overall experience is good. The rooms are large, Swimming pool is also good. There is large walking space inside the hotel area. Foods served are fresh with reasonable price, but the need to improve on food.
