Sma Sayeed

one of the Exclusive eye hospitals in Dhaka run by prof. Dr. Iqbal. Excellent and prominent eye specialist. Dr. behavior is excellent. The hospital is newly built and very clean & impressive. Enough space for patients waiting with good sitting arrangement. Basement car parking is available. Staffs are well behaved. The doctor’s fee is comparatively high but worth it.

We saw Dr. Mezbaul. He was humble and attentive, unlike most other doctors in Bangladesh. He did an eye operation on my aunt's eye successfully. We are happy with the nurses' behavior too. They were helpful. The hospital is clean. The only struggle is that we had to wait for an hour at least for our serial to come. The highest time we had to wait is more than 2.5 hours. Their appointment system is a mess. They ask to come to see the doctor at some particular time, and after arriving to the hospital in time, we found the doctor is in operation theater and he will come back to his chamber after 2 hours! Other than this pain of waiting, its a good eye hospital.

Prof. Dr. Siddikur Rahman sir is the #best lasik eye surgeon. I've done my lasik surgery from him 10 days ago. I'm very blessed that I've got clear vision by the grace of almighty and Siddikur sir as well. I'm really grateful to him. He is best and his behaviour is ma sha Allah. Now, this glasses are useless to me..🤣

Avoid this hospital at all cost. Really bad service both during registration and eye tests. They do not have token service. During registration, the reception lady kept on doing other tasks and taking calls in between which delayed the registration process. During tests, staff kept coming in and out while talking loudly and making noise and even brought another patient only to sit behind me and that even a male patient. It's a small room and this was not at all required. Lastly, I was asked to collect report the next day at 11am and I had to wait for 1.5 hour and the report is still not ready. I was referred to this hospital by an outside doctor and the experience is absolutely horrible. Never coming to this hospital again.

This hospital has neat & clean atmosphere. Their service is way too average. However, their live streaming of OT in the attendees' waiting seemed weird and against the patient's privacy to me.
