আমি ক্রেডিট কার্ড দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করেছিলাম। পেমেন্ট সফল হওয়ার পর তাদের সাইটে রিডাইরেক্ট হয়ে “500 Server Error” দেখায়। কিন্তু আমার কার্ড থেকে টাকা কেটে নেওয়া হয়েছিল। পরের দিন তারা অর্ডারটিকে Paid হিসেবে মার্ক করে। এখনকার সময়ে প্রায় সব অনলাইন সেলারই ঢাকার বাইরে হলেও ২–৩ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দিয়ে দেয়। দারাজ ছাড়া ৩ দিনের বেশি সময় নেওয়া আর কোনো সেলারকে আমি দেখিনি। অথচ তারা বইগুলো কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করতেই ২ দিন নিয়ে নিয়েছে। এখন কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করারও ৪র্থ দিন চলছে, কিন্তু এখনো কোনো আপডেট নেই—কোন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করছে বা পার্সেল কোথায় আছে সেটাও জানি না। এখানে অর্ডার করার পরের দিন আমি অন্য এক সেলার থেকে এর চেয়ে ৫ গুণ বেশি বই অর্ডার করেছিলাম, তারা গতকালই ডেলিভারি করে দিয়েছে। এমনকি তাদের দামও ওয়াফিলাইফের চেয়ে কম ছিল।

Nowadays, taking 6–7 days to deliver just 2 books is not acceptable in any way. The product has been in “Shipped” status for the last 4 days, but I still haven’t received it. They also took 2 days just to package and ship the product. Compared to various Facebook pages, their book prices are higher. Considering the higher prices, the service should have been better than others. But unfortunately, I was disappointed.

I purchased a book seeing edition 2024 of Al Quraner Vasa Shikkha written by Md Selim Hossain but i got edition january 2022.plz slove the issue

Both delivery system within time and discount price was satisfactory. I have checked many more online bookshops at the same time, i got them more cheaper because they offered a large discount price with respect to others.
