I’ve taken their services from long time. They told us that they will provide the “steam press (Iron)”. But I think they didn't. They informed me that they all the work will done at their factory but unfortunately they are pressing clothes at a Small shops in Uttara. I’ve complained several time to the service provider that, the quality of pressing (Iron) is very bad. I showed & returned clothes by the delivery boy due to the bad pressing (iron). There was lots of fold inside clothes. Then I tried to complain to the Manager & he was misbehaved with me. Then some how I collected the mobile phone number of owner’s of the company & called him for the same complain. He was very sober with me & apologises. But after that nobody was communicate with me. At the initial time of taking there services was really nice but right now it’s becomes very worse.
