Dont go its a trap. Unhygienic, unorganized and dirty! Unprofessional, stupid and laid back management! AC doesn't work properly, no mini fridge in the rooms. Waiters are not responsive, you can not take more then one egg in the breakfast. 0 value for money!

We checked into the resort on 13.04.24 and checked out on 14.04.24. By the time we were checking out at 12.15 p.m there was a fire incident where one of the Tube light bursts, the wire was on fire. The smoke detector did not make any alarm, there is no sprinkler in the room and upon asking they also could not show any fire extinguisher while I rushed to the front desk. I'm not quite sure if the incident would have taken place in the middle of the night while we were sleeping then how we would survive the scenario. The fire could have been devastating. I don't recommend this place at all.

Most unprofessional resort I have ever seen. The room is not clean and the carten is not properly hanging and falls down many times. The washroom is not clean. The room door key does not work and the TV has no internet and cable connection. Did not maintain the outside also. Food is no taste and miss managed.

Location was quite awesome but the behaviour of staff was awful and the buffet system should be more nice. Why they behave so rude about food?? Not all staff were bad,some of them was quiet nice. The service of the resort should be more improved.
