The location is about 10 minutes from the Dhaka–Jamuna Bridge highway, although the local access road is quite narrow. The property is very well maintained, surrounded by greenery and many mature trees. I also noticed some rare plants that were probably brought from abroad. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have a decent-sized swimming pool, and the water was very clean with good changing room facilities. The food was good, although a bit pricey. Overall, it is a great option for family gatherings and corporate events. I would say it’s especially suitable for a relaxing day trip.

Siam

Very underrated place. Pretty close from Dhaka, takes only 3 hours to reach the destination. Rooms are pretty cheap compared to what you get. The place is huge and drenched in greens. Foods are great as well with generous portion size. Definitely worthy.

I recently stayed at Water Garden Resort, and while the place itself is visually nice, my overall experience was not fully satisfactory. The environment and location are pleasant, but the service did not meet my expectations. Considering the room rate of 7,000 BDT per day, the room quality was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, which was quite noticeable upon arrival. In addition, there was an unnecessary extra bed placed beside our main bed that did not suit the room layout or comfort level and felt completely out of place for a resort of this standard. Overall, I felt the experience did not match the price we paid. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving room cleanliness, service quality, and value for money for future guests.

Water Garden Resort & Spa is a pleasant resort offering a relaxing and comfortable experience away from city stress. The environment is calm and beautifully arranged with greenery and water features. Rooms are clean and well decorated, and the overall atmosphere feels refreshing. Service quality is good, and staff are polite and cooperative. Though prices are a bit high, the facilities and peaceful setting make it a nice place to spend time.

The rooms are spacious with nice garden view. Comfortable bed. Bathroom fittings are good and functional. But the A/C is too noisy. Worst of all, the room smells. There must be hidden molds behind the false ceiling. It smells hazardous. There are people in the hotel who thinks they are there to provide services. But that's it. They are not trained well. Their options to provide are also very limited. I have stayed here two times and found service to be poor on both occasions. The location is not convenient if you are there in Tangail for work. It way out of the town. But the rural setting and the garden inside is really nice. I am trying to find an alternative in Tangail. Don't want to go back to the moldy rooms of Water Garden.
