It sounds like you're referring to feedback about a hotel or accommodation. It's great to hear that guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, as that's often a top priority for travelers. However, it seems there are a couple of areas for improvement based on the comments about the bathrooms and maintenance. Addressing these concerns could enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Upgrading the bathrooms and ensuring prompt maintenance responses can go a long way in improving the quality of stay for guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the White Palace in Dhaka, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The rooms were absolutely delightful—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with an array of options that were both tasty and satisfying. I also loved the location of White Palace. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Dhaka. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself was a serene oasis, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. What truly stood out to me, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always ready to assist with a friendly and professional attitude. In summary, I loved everything about my stay at the White Palace. It was an experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka. You won't be disappointed! swatcha

I'm glad to hear that your Japanese friend had a great experience at the White Palace Hotel in Dhaka. It's great to know that the hotel provides a homely and friendly service to their guests. The location of the hotel near the airport is also convenient for travellers. It's always nice to hear positive feedback about hotels and their services. White Palace is a good hotel located on the north side of Tara and near to Dhaka airport in Dhaka. The hotel service seems to be one of my Japanese friends very homely and a Japanese friend stayed in this hotel for 4 days in this month.

It’s a nice affordable place with all the amenities you need! I have seen a few foreigners staying there. One of my foreigner friend actually stayed in there or a couple days. Their reception is right on the entrance, got a nice restaurant and a waiting room right beside the reception. Employees are very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. You can see a river if you get a room on the top floors and front side of the hotel. The only catch is, the fron road of the hotel always stays too dusty!

Everything that could possibly go wrong for a foreigner landing in a country for the first time. Once I made it to the hotel I realized the hotel did not have my reservation. It was late, I was tired and hungry. I just wanted to eat and sleep. The restaurant had me covered with a quick meal and Mr Rasheduzzaman Rana made prompt arrangements for me to stay the night at a neighboring hotel. The next morning I returned to White Palace and they had a room for me. Since the currency exchange at the airport was closed Mr Rana went with me which definitely made things faster and easier. I really can't put into words how helpful he was. Bangladeshi hospitality is some of the most outgoing that I have found during my travels through Asia. White Palace Hotel is absolutely a great experience. There is road construction but the windows seem to have soundproofing. The restaurant was convenient but just 5 minute walk there are more than 20 proper restaurants. Even Pizza Hut if you consider that a restaurant. I was there during a brutally hot heat wave that settled across southern Asia. Walking a few blocks to the local Bazaar or bustling Uttara centre was never out of my options. I spent a total of 13 days here. The beds have a medium firmness. Overall a good night's sleep . The bathrooms need attention. The bidet sprayer should be properly cleaned between customers. I would suggest using an old toothbrush as I did. Great water pressure with water hoter than you will ever need it. Toilets work. A friend was telling me than only a few years back most of the area was just "jungle". This is a good place to stay. You won't find much of a difference at the places charging more. Maybe location but you can pretty much get anywhere you need to go from here without any trouble.
