I prepaid for six nights but ended up staying only one night because I was very uncomfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell, and I did not feel welcomed or comfortable because of the staff’s attitude. When I checked out the next morning, I asked if I could get a refund for the remaining five nights, but I was told that no refund was possible. I had no choice but to leave, which meant I lost the money I had paid for the remaining five nights. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend staying here.

White Palace Hotel House no: 25, Road-06, Sector-09, Uttara, Dhaka 1230. +++ My family and I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff stood out the most - friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help without hovering. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with enough variety to keep everyone happy- especially the Bengali dishes, which reminded me of my home-cooked food. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was prompt, smooth, and handled with a warm, cordial attitude. The location was convenient, close to key spots. Overall, it felt like great value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly well taken care of by Mr. Nadim, who was very kind in recommending local places of interest for me to explore during my two-night stay.

Rooms had everything I needed – comfy bed, AC, hot shower, and fast internet. Very well equipped.
