My recent visit to Wings Learning Centre, specifically for the IELTS Test conducted by the British Council, left much to be desired. The overall experience was marred by various shortcomings, ranging from inadequate space to subpar facilities. Firstly, the learning centre's space was severely limited, creating a cramped and uncomfortable environment for test-takers. The lack of sufficient space not only hindered movement but also contributed to a sense of claustrophobia, especially during the exam. Furthermore, the interior of the centre appeared unclean and poorly maintained. The ambiance was far from conducive to concentration, with visible signs of neglect evident throughout the premises. This lack of cleanliness only served to exacerbate the already stressful testing environment. The demeanor of the employees at Wings Learning Centre was another disappointment. While they were more formal than cordial, their interactions with test-takers lacked warmth and empathy. This impersonal approach did little to alleviate the anxiety commonly associated with high-stakes exams such as the IELTS. The centre's infrastructure was also inadequate, with only two small elevators serving a considerable number of test-takers. This resulted in long wait times and added to the overall discomfort experienced during the visit. The condition of the toilets was particularly concerning, being both small and unclean. Maintaining hygienic facilities should be a priority for any testing centre, yet this basic requirement seemed to have been overlooked at Wings Learning Centre. In terms of exam materials provided, the centre didn't fell short of expectations. Test-takers were provided with two pencils, one pen, an eraser, and a sharpener. The waiting zone lacked basic amenities, further contributing to the overall dissatisfaction with the experience. Test-takers were left without essential comforts, such as adequate seating or refreshments, during what can be a lengthy and mentally taxing wait period. In conclusion, my experience at Wings Learning Centre, particularly as an IELTS Test Centre by the British Council, was not much satisfactory. From the cramped and unclean interior to the lack of amenities and indifferent staff demeanor, the centre failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would advise prospective test-takers to consider alternative testing venues for a more comfortable and conducive examination environment.

They were good. They provide a great service to all students who attended the exam. Especially they help me to solve my document problem. My Passport photo copy is not clear, so, they did not bother me in my exam. they made another copy from my passport. so, that it have become more clear and infirmed me after my exam.

There is no sitting or waiting space for guardians or any persons who will come with students. Even they Don't allow to use their washroom. There are so many parents who are waiting outside the center men, women, siblings, spouses etc. I know they aren’t providing anything to anyone but at least give the permission to use the washroom if not men but at least for women.

Worst IELTS test centre. It should be banned. The even keep the candidates to wait outside the building in the freezing weather & they intentionally makes students suffer in many other ways. Though main exam invigilators were good but the staffs of wings, they are the worst.

I appeared in a mock test in wings learning yesterday. The environment of the exam centre was outstanding.They provided me with up-to-date headphone for the listening test. Why I am saying that is the quality of their equipment is outstanding as compared to other exam centres. Moreover, the behaviour of the staff was excellent. They gave me a cup of tea and some biscuits. In addition, the thing which attracted me a lot was their evaluation system. Teachers were really helpful and they gave me tips on how to do well in the IELTS exam and rectify my mistakes. However, I am disappointed with their time schedule. They took my exam after one hour of the scheduled time. Some staffs behaviour and attitude were not satisfactory. I think they have to ameliorate their evaluation system, as it takes a copious amount of time. Finally, if they improve their time schedule and evaluate systems, I think it would be a sublime centre for giving IELTS exam as well as mock tests. Last but not least, I felt irritated when they asked me to evaluate my listening and reading exam Sheet. I think this task should be done by a mentor rather than a student .
