The food was good but not what i got previously. The chicken in the chowmien was minimal. Though after complaining, they informed they would replace dish, but we did not have so much time in hand. Also had fish cake that was very good, but the main attraction for which we went there, the steamboat soup; the price was okay and the quantity too, but it could have been a bit more thicker. But i love this place and will always recommend it.

Our in search of good food adventure took us to our first Chinese restaurant in Bangladesh, and it did not disappoint! I highly recommend the sizzling chicken and mixed fried rice, which comes with mix of chicken or shrimp. The wanton chips were a delightful surprise, accompanied by a sweet and slightly spicy sauce that added a nice kick. I would definitely return just for that sauce. Curiosity got the best of us, so we just had to ask about the American fried rice. Our server explained that it's simply sweet. 🤔

⭐ Food Review – Xinxian Restaurant ⭐ The OG Bangladeshi-Chinese Food! Every family has their own story, preferences, and favorite dishes when it comes to a Chinese restaurant, and for us, Xinxian is always special. The menu is full of classic Bangladeshi-Chinese items that never disappoint. We tried Thai Chicken Cashew Nut, Mixed Fried Rice, Peri-Peri Grilled Chicken, Sizzling Beef, and Sweet & Sour Prawns. Each dish had its own unique taste, with bold flavors and generous portions. The fried rice paired perfectly with the chicken and beef, and the prawns were cooked just right. The sizzling beef came to the table hot and full of flavor – definitely a crowd favorite! To complete the meal, we had soft drinks which kept things refreshing. The service was smooth, and the bill was quite reasonable for the quality and variety of food we enjoyed. If you grew up in Dhaka, chances are you’ve shared a family memory in places like this. The food was great. Special thai soup was excellent. Prawn ball tested good but too crisp coating caused irritation in mouth.No issue with the food. The place was crowded.The management seemed a little slow.But as the food was delicious, good experience overall.

Had a great lunch after a long time here. The staff were welcoming and they also served complementary Ginger Ale and Onion Rings. All items were well cooked and freshly served. Their staff are so well behaved and they treated us well.
