My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive to every detail. They made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The environment was clean, warm, and beautifully maintained, and every request was handled with genuine care and professionalism. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Empty Mind

I booked this hotel thinking it would be budget-friendly, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I paid 4,000 BDT for a couple deluxe room, yet the facilities were absolutely unacceptable for this price. There was not even a basic tea cup or an electric kettle in the room. Shockingly, there were NO TOWELS in the room or bathroom — can you imagine a hotel room without towels? On top of that, the air conditioner did not work properly. Although the hotel is clean, security is okay, and the staff are polite, these positives do NOT make up for the terrible experience. What made the situation even more ridiculous were their absurd rules. Guests are not allowed to go out without using the hotel’s own vehicle. You must come to their so-called pickup point to enter, and even checkout is forced through their vehicle. This feels controlling, not hospitable. This hotel is not worth the money, not guest-friendly, and definitely not recommended. I will never stay here again.

A very disappointing stay that I highly recommend Staying away from Breakfast was allegedly included in the price of the queen room I stayed in for four nights at this hotel. Breakfast was only served on one day, though. For the rest of the days, the employees blatantly stated that they "forgot," which was disrespectful and unprofessional. The state of the room was terrible. The bed linens were obviously not cleaned properly because they were discolored. Basic facilities like towel racks and even a place to hang clothing were absent from the restroom. A number of electrical outlets were broken, and the microwave was broken, which was inconvenient and dangerous.
