It’s one of my favourite places from where I get all the positive energies. The instructor, Shikha is not only a good yoga instructor, she is endowed with all the positive human qualities. She treats all her students individually and everyone is unique to her. Yogamrita is not only a yoga Center for me, to me it’s an institution which generates all the positive and healthy energy among its members.

Yogamrita is a place to come and relax as well as improve your flexibility and much more! I am so so happy that I found out about this place because it helps me almost every day to gain energy and get a good workout. I was looking for some online platform specially for want to improve my health and get all the benefits from Yoga and remain fit. I always gave up and concluded that my body is not flexible or unbend able for yoga. Shikha mam is a really experienced Yoga practitioner and an amazing teacher. She is very helpful and her teaching method is easy teaching. Wishing her and Yogamrita Yoga Institute Dhanmondi Branch, Bangladesh all the best and hope they will continue their good work in future. I have been doing Yoga here since end of 2019. Till now it’s been a great journey. The instructor is very professional and always communicate with the students & gives instructions properly. The environment is really good for doing yoga with a relaxation which build self confidence as well. Highly recommended.
