Very very disappointing experience. The helper was extremely rude and refused to allow 1-2 minutes washroom break as we came from Cox's bazar to Dhaka almost 11 hour journe. First counter says their bus is within jam so we bought ticket but suddenly Bus arrived. As my mother went to washroom. He kept shouting that it’s “not a local bus” and rushed everyone inside. Because of his behaviour and hurry, I accidentally left my phone with my husband outside the bus. When we shouted and tapped on the bus to stop, the driver ignored us and kept driving. The driving itself was reckless — the bus covered Dhaka to Gopalganj in under 1.5 hours, which is dangerously fast. After so many negative incidents involving ENA, it’s shocking that their service standards haven’t improved. Would not recommend this bus company at all.
