Very very bad. Please do not go to this hospital. They did not manage my relatives stroke properly. The doctors are stuck in their hierarchy system where they have lost the ability to think straight. They do not even question the consultant even if its a wrong decision. They prematurely discharged my relative and i then took them to Mount adora. The service was a bit better there. Also avoid Dr Soumitro Roy, he is very quick and does not spend any time with the patient. He spent maximum of 3 minutes and we were charged 1000BDT. He was so quick that he didn't even introduce himself. The building looks fancy from outside but trust me the service is rubbish. I would steongly advise you against visiting this hospital.

I had a terrible experience during my recent outpatient visit. The waiting time for both the doctor consultation and the ultrasound was extremely long — patients were left standing in queues for hours with no proper system in place. To make things worse, the overall cleanliness was shockingly poor. The toilets were dirty, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable, especially considering the high fees patients are charged for these services. For a healthcare facility that claims to provide quality care, such conditions are deeply disappointing. Management needs to take immediate action to improve cleanliness, reduce waiting times, and ensure patients receive the respectful, hygienic, and efficient service they are paying for.

One of the best hospitals in Sylhet. I found their service is top class. They try to maintain ultimate standard to satisfy their patients. It seems luxurious but worthy enough! They claim it as a five Star Hospital! However, I think well said.

I came from the UK and was admitted to Alharamine Hospital, where I had a hysterectomy performed by Dr. Heena Madam in September 2025. Unfortunately, this surgery made my life worse instead of better. As of January 2026, my surgical wound has still not healed properly. The incision was made too low, and whenever I sit or bend, it causes pain, discomfort, and affects the wound. I continue to suffer both physically and mentally because of this operation. I trusted this doctor with my health, but the outcome has been devastating. My quality of life has been seriously affected, and I deeply regret having this surgery done here. I would never recommend Dr. Heena Madam or Alharamine Hospital to anyone. In my experience, the doctors seem too busy and do not give proper attention to patients. This kind of careless treatment puts patients’ lives in danger

For Sylhet region a good newsish private clinic. If you’re from abroad, then this is nice, clean and organised. Not obviously same as the UK hospitals. A very westernised system which suits the poor, middle class and the rich. However, cannot comment on the doctors and it’s medicine business….. “ONE PATIENT CURED IS A CUSTOMER LOST” - First day at med school
