Don't rely on their self-promoted promotional videos and other contents. Their construction quality is not as per standard. They use cheap quality construction materials like cements with lowest clinkers, cheapest & oldest CP fittings, tiles, bathroom accessors, and doesn't maintain minimum curing requirements. I have seen a lots of cracks during construction period and dammed wall within one year of handover. Their worker painted grill on rust without cleaning rust using sandpaper! None of them even care to response even after several voice rise! Customer support team are super slow, you have to repeatedly respond them to get a response! And if anything goes wrong, they will blame you as a customer! Most of their construction workers a low paid under-18 kid! Don't just go with the 'makeup-ed' finished project look, think about the inside materials, constructions quality, and durability as well!

Not worth it compared to their reputation and claims. We purchased a flat from them three years ago, and we are now experiencing structural and plaster cracks throughout the building. The quality of fittings is also below standard.
