CSCR Hospital 🔹 Location and Transportation Facilities: The location of the hospital is quite convenient within the city of Chittagong. It can be easily reached from different areas of the city and public transport is also available nearby. The location also provides many advantages in bringing emergency patients to the hospital quickly. 🔹 Clean environment: The environment inside the hospital is relatively clean and tidy. It seemed that the waiting area, corridors and patient rooms are cleaned regularly. Cleanliness is very important in a healthcare facility, and I liked that aspect. 🔹 Doctors and medical services: Experienced and expert doctors from different departments see patients here. The fact that they listen carefully to the patient's problems and provide advice as needed was found to be positive. Many patients come from far and wide for treatment. 🔹 Behavior of nurses and staff: The behavior of the nurses and other staff of the hospital is quite sincere and compassionate. It has been observed that they talk patiently with the patients and try to provide necessary assistance. 🔹 Diagnostic and Test Facilities: Since various medical tests and diagnostic facilities are available at the same place, patients do not have to go to different places. This saves time and simplifies the treatment process. 🔹 Emergency Department: The emergency department tries to provide relatively fast service. Getting quick treatment in an emergency is a very important thing for patients. 🔹 Waiting Time: Due to the high pressure of the patient, sometimes you may have to wait for serials or reports. It is better to make an appointment in advance, especially for popular doctors. 🔹 Security System: The security system of the hospital seemed to be fairly good. Efforts are made to keep the environment controlled for the movement of patients and relatives. 🔹 Parking Facilities: There is parking facility for patients who bring their private cars, although there may be some pressure during busy times. 🔹 Overall Experience: Overall, CSCR Hospital is one of the well-known and reliable hospitals in Chittagong in terms of medical services, environment, staff behavior, and modern facilities.

CSCR is a specialized hospital where doctors from different departments provide medical services. Many consultants are available here, so patients can choose a doctor based on their needs. I have attached a photo showing the list of consultants and test fees, which is helpful before visiting. If you have any health-related problems, you can visit CSCR, meet them, and decide whether to take treatment. The hospital is located at Prabortak Circle, between GEC Moor and Chattogram Medical College Hospital, and is easy to reach.

Worst Hospital and Diagnostic center in Chittagong, not recommend at all. Even they took 1 hour for a Xray after charging extra money for urgent service. Not enough cleaning stuffs. Long queue for just X ray

The environment of this hospital is too nasty than a public toilet. First the the guard of third floor maybe appointed just for using his phone and flirt with hospital servants. Second there where no,one-time glasses to drink water third was the washroom trust me i swear public hospitals washroom was far good than this hospital.

I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed here. This clinic is supposedly one of the best, staffed by highly educated doctors, but education clearly doesn't guarantee basic respect for patients. We had to call 27 times just to secure an appointment and were instructed to arrive at 9:30 PM. As I write this, it's 11:58 PM and there are still seven patients ahead of us. our doctor disappeared for nearly two hours without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgement of the delay. Patients who seek medical care are usually unwell, anxious, or in pain. Treating people this way shows a complete disregard for their time and wellbeing. Long waits can sometimes be unavoidable, but a lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy is not. The degrees on the wall may be impressive here; unfortunately, they seem to have occupied the space where common decency should be.
