In February 2018, EDGE embarked on its journey as an authorized asset management company. At present, we are responsible for the management of four distinct mutual funds along with several separately managed accounts.
The inception of EDGE was triggered by a simple concept. Global funds that invested in Bangladesh with a focus on long-term, research-based approaches were reaping commendable returns. Unfortunately, this aspect was largely absent within Bangladesh, resulting in a lack of confidence in professional fund managers. To address this gap, EDGE was established with a commitment to provide investors with world-class investment management services rooted in genuine research.
We fully understand that establishing a reputable brand often requires considerable time and patience. In our pursuit of this goal, we are prepared to invest the necessary effort over the years.
