My flight go cancelled Emirates didn’t give me any email for that. And the rescheduled my flight after 12 days. And they don’t want to give me any paper to show my office. I requested them to give me my tickets at least in 1 week but they refused and told me they don’t have any available seats for that. So why they cancelled my flights without notifying anything to my email before? So now for them I am suffering for my job. Everyone told me they give me good service but for me it’s not good. For my 1st flight I lost my two luggage’s luckily I found one in 2 days and 2nd one in 1 weeks. But still they didn’t give me any promotion or any apology nothing. Truly I faced bad service from them. Maybe they had good service before but now they have bad service with smile on face. Nooks don’t want to take responsibility for your job (who have money they will give me business class they good service), flight and food one the flight they really don’t care.

The office is at the 7th Floor (not busy) Went in get a queue ticket book a flight got it done around 30mins. Staff well trained good English as well. If anyone having problems booking online with your credit card like me suggest go to the office.

one of the best Airline service. their service is very good and smart and fast but the problem is use amount of people together in office but they don't have stuff per handle the service seeker. I think emails can improve their service system more. I was gone in Emirates Office at Dhaka and when I was collect the token I was waiting more than 2 hours for my serial. any of the customer service you know this time is too bad. otherwise images all of the policy and service is so good and clean. Emirates online service also good.

I don’t have any issue with Emirates airlines because I’m a regular passenger of Emirates. But the issue is that their staffs are super slow. I had to wait more than one hour to get my serial. That was annoying. There were lots of booths but short staffs. Besides staffs were also unfriendly. I hope they will work on serving clients smoothly and quickly.
