Alhamdulillah, my 6-year-old son Abdullah Ibne Sabbir had a successful laparoscopic gallbladder stone removal surgery by Dr. Md. Shahid Karim. By the grace of Allah, he is now recovering well. Dr. Shahid Karim was very kind, caring, and supportive throughout the treatment. We are very thankful for his good treatment and care. May Allah bless him. Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at Evercare. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the medical staff is professional. The coordination between departments was smooth. It’s a reliable choice for healthcare in Dhaka, though there is always room for slight improvement in waiting times

The service is very poor considering how much they charge. People come here expecting better treatment, but the service is not worth the money. Although they get a lot of media attention by admitting vvip patients, the overall service quality remains disappointing.

This hospital used to be very good, but unfortunately the service has declined significantly. The facility is overcrowded, finding a seat is difficult, and patient care seems to be getting worse. We paid a 2,500 BDT consultation fee to see Lt. Colonel Dr. Nargis Nahar, but she spent less than two minutes with the patient, did not properly listen to the concerns, and prescribed nearly 30,000 BDT worth of tests that had already been completed just a week earlier at another hospital. I even brought the previous reports, but they were not reviewed. Patients deserve better attention and care, especially when paying for professional medical services.

Evercare Hospital is located in the Bashundhara residential area of Dhaka. This is one of the private hospitals currently located in Dhaka. The medical facilities here are comparatively better than other private hospitals. Talking about medical expenses, overall medical expenses here are a bit expensive. Considering the cost of treatment, this private hospital is not for the lower or middle class, it is for the upper middle or upper class. Overall, the medical system here is satisfactory. It can be said that this is a relatively good hospital among the private hospitals in Bangladesh.
