From Warsaw to Dubai the flight was much better, the service was much better, apart from leg room and running out of non veg meal I wouldn’t complain. However, the discrimination starts from Dubai to Dhaka flight. I understand most of these Bangladeshi clients are very hard working labours of Dubai. They are rural people. If they had right knowledge and education they wouldn't be working Dubai’s construction sites and chose to have hardcore life. However from the ground staff to the person who weighs their bag including cabin crew are extremely rude and discrimination is at it’s top level. My question to the authoriry - Do you charge them half price? If not, why would you treat them way differently. The service was almost non existence. Veggie meal was being served without even asking for choice. Particularly I found a Russian speaking crew member was very rude and impolite. A global company like this should be an example of how not to discriminate despite of their status, colours and nationality because you teach people how to treat others rightfully. So far it had a bad reflection. That was a red flag 🚩 Flight number FZ523 17 Jan Time 13: 55 Can’t wait to see how it’s gonna end up while returning on 30th.

A very bad service. Very bad behaviour of the stuffs. Even the website provided number is in a bad manners. Do not talk about their web booking. Its mad. People just choose it for low fairs. But if you want service then don't go for fly Dubai
