I flew with flydubai from Krabi to Dubai on January 16th and discovered two high-value items (a Lacoste jacket and a Patagonia pullover) were missing from my checked bag upon arrival. I followed the correct procedure and emailed the airline immediately to report the situation, but I have received absolutely no response or acknowledgment. It is unacceptable for an airline to ignore a passenger reporting missing property. Their customer service is non-existent when things go wrong. I am still waiting for an update on my claim and a resolution to this theft.

I book through Emirates from Kuala Lumpur to Doha Kuala Lumpur to Dubai through Emirates Dubai to Doha through Flydubai Flydubai have me and my partner seat apart, one is front 6 row and another one few last row When we book through Emirates , we brought seat on Emirates flight from Kuala Lumpur to Dubai System don't allow us to buy seats on fly Dubai When we got boarding pass Emirates told us we need talk to Flydubai in Dubai Flydubai did not try help to change the seat by saying fully book When we ask flight attendant, he say there empty seat and after take off we will help He did not do anything My first experience with fly Dubai Staffs are not cooperative and don't have any interest to help customer Staffs are not friendly and don't even have smile Customer service really bad and worst Recommend don't choose fly Dubai if you have connection flight to other area I feel Flydubai should allow Emirates website to buy the seat on their flight Fly Dubai is really bad customer service

Worst flight experience I ever had from Dubai to Bangladesh. They just weight every single stuff and fine the passengers. Please avoid this even ticket is free bcz they will cut your pocket when you are in sky
