On May 17, 2006, the Company was incorporated in Bangladesh as a Private Limited Company, operating under the regulations outlined in the Companies Act of 1994. Subsequently, on December 18, 2009, the Company underwent a transformation into a Public Limited Company. This transformation included the subdivision of the face value of shares from Tk. 100 to Tk. 10 each, along with an increase in the Authorized Capital from Tk. 1,000 million to Tk. 2,500 million.
