The flight is too bad.flight mistake but not inform us.flight is 12.30pm dhaka to dammam but flight change 2.30 am.not inform. It’s very hassle. Un expected problem

Very bad.There were twelve of us in a hotel room. Can you imagine it? That was the 1st of January 2023 in Dhaka.Lots of mosquito in the room.we can't sleep for a second.

Absolute ****show. Flight delayed by 4 hours, connecting flight missed and the next option is not the next day, but the day after! Supposedly, according to Gulf Air staff there were no options to rebook via other airliners because of capacity. This was all nonsense! after personally visiting several offices at the airport, multiple airliners incl. Emirates and Qatar confirmed that they were happy to take us, but NOBODY OF GULF AIRs MANAGEMENT WAS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE IN THEIR DHAKA OFFICES TO ARRANGE THE PAPERWORK!!! Which manager is secretly bailing on his shift? Get him to the office right now! This is absurd!.... gulf air fails to rebook due to incapable management, blames capacity issues and leaves their business class passenger with an unnecessarily severely delayed flight and no option to talk to anybody, leading to a missed important meeting and a subsequent important family visit. All because... "Manager not here". Well get him out of his bed! How can you have nobody in the office?

Very comfortable aircraft with good services as well as flight schedule and flight status
