Dishonest and Disrespectful The worst experience for my family as they were travelling to dhaka, They have experienced disrespect from the check in counters, being travelling with a teenage daughter it is very difficult to manage the language, but still the airline staff was insisting and behaving very rude in terms of the serious language being used on the travellers.. Travellers are being treated as if they are appearing for some board exam and crew staff is the invigilator... Every human deserves respect.. People are now a days forgetting give respect and take respect policy... Starting from the Indigo Crew staff, security personnel everyone in Hyderabad airport need to be taught kindness towards the travellers.. If the Cabin luggage is more than the limit, the crew is ensuring for extra luggage payment, they are not sparing, but still the conversation between the weight age check in to payment is going very unprofessionally.. Ultimately the crew is charging amount for 1 kg extra too but here the travellers are remained with disrespect. The need of the travellers to travel is being taken as granted and they are not well treated.. Please do correct and enforce your staff on kindness activities.. My doubt ? If travellers are not there for travelling what will the airlines do ?????

Dishonest. I bought two airline tickets for my two uncles. Unfortunately, one of them could not travel due to personal reasons. According to Indigo Airline's policy, he was eligible for a partial refund of BDT 9,466.00. Indigo has confirmed that the refund was processed and sent directly to the travel agency, and advised me to collect the amount from them. However, the travel agent has refused to return the money. Based on the evidence and communication from the airline, it appears that the travel agent has acted dishonestly and fraudulently withheld my refund. This behavior caused me financial loss. Remember: Indigo ticket is always refundable in case of no show and cancellation.
