My experience with The Daily Kaler Kantho office as an advertiser has been extremely disappointing. I expected professionalism and efficiency from a reputed newspaper, but instead I faced delays, mismanagement, and a complete lack of accountability. From the very beginning, communication was a struggle. The staff rarely answer calls or respond to emails on time, and when they finally do, the information is often unclear or contradictory. As an advertiser, I rely on timely publication and accurate placement of ads, yet my campaigns were mishandled repeatedly. Deadlines were missed without any explanation, and on several occasions my ads were either printed incorrectly or placed in the wrong section. When I raised these issues, the staff acted indifferent, offering no real solution or compensation. It felt like once they received the payment, my concerns no longer mattered. The overall attitude of the team is careless and unprofessional. Rather than treating advertisers as valued clients, they behave as though they are doing us a favor. This lack of customer service damages trust and credibility. For a newspaper of such reach, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I would strongly advise businesses to think twice before advertising with Kaler Kantho.

One of the best places to have your office situated. It has wide packing space. it has a separate cafeteria. Lots of clean toilets. There are lots of security personals too. It has one of the best decorations among all the media houses.

Kaler Kantho, lovingly referred to as the Daily Voice of Time, proudly holds its position as one of the most beloved Bengali newspapers in Bangladesh. It stands as a shining venture of the East-West Media Group, which is closely associated with the esteemed Bashundhara Group, a leading business conglomerate in the country. The same group also takes pride in owning other influential media platforms like Bangladesh Pratidin, Daily Sun, News24, Radio Capital, and Banglanews24.
Our journey began under the guidance of Abed Khan, the esteemed founder editor of Kaler Kantho, with our first publication hitting the stands on the memorable day of January 10, 2010. However, Khan's tenure as editor was relatively brief, as he made the difficult decision to step down in June 2011. It was at this point that the reins of the newspaper were handed over to Imdadul Haq Milan, a celebrated novelist from Bangladesh, who assumed the role of editor and steered our publication forward.
In more recent times, on October 3, 2021, we welcomed Shahed Mohammad Ali, a former senior news editor of Prothom Alo, as our acting editor. This transition came about as Imdadul Haq Milan took on the esteemed positions of director and brand ambassador of East West Media Group.
