One of the most reputed and well decorated hospital and diagnostic centre in Dhaka. It's very neat and clean. All most all kinds of doctors are available here. Huge number of people visit this hospital everyday. Investigation charge is little bit costier.

Quiet environment and friendly stuff makes this hospital outstand others. Doctors behavior varies as person to person. CCU is clean and well organized for patients. RMO's are somehow rude but not all of them. Most of them are moody rather than Patient friendly. This could be changed by the authority.

An Urgent Warning: Severe Malpractice by Dr. Lutfar Rahman at Labaid Hospital I am sharing this traumatic ordeal to alert others about the gross medical negligence we encountered at Labaid Hospital under the care of Dr. Lutfar Rahman. The Incident & Immediate Dismissal Following a bypass surgery, a post-operative X-ray clearly showed that a surgical wire had been carelessly left inside the patient's chest, alarmingly close to the heart. When we confronted the duty doctor about the imaging, we were completely brushed off and actively avoided. Meanwhile, the patient began suffering from excruciating chest pain, which the medical staff falsely dismissed as "normal recovery." It was only after our relentless insistence on a proper examination that they finally confessed to leaving the wire behind. The Doctor's Apathy & The Hospital's Cover-Up Shockingly, Dr. Lutfar Rahman treated this life-threatening blunder as a minor inconvenience. He initially proposed leaving the wire in the patient's agonizingly painful chest for an entire week before operating again. We absolutely refused and demanded immediate intervention. Realizing the massive malpractice liability they faced, the hospital abruptly changed its tune: they performed the corrective surgery the very next day at no cost and quietly moved us into an exclusive, secluded cabin—a blatant attempt to buy our silence and keep the incident hidden. Behind the Scenes: Overcrowding and Rushed Procedures During our hospitalization, a nurse confidentially revealed the terrifying reality behind these errors. Because it is currently difficult for Bangladeshi patients to travel to India for medical treatment, Labaid Hospital is overwhelmed with traffic. The nurse admitted that Dr. Rahman is taking on an impossible patient load, resulting in rushed procedures and a dangerously high rate of surgical objects being left inside patients. A Final Caution We opted against a malpractice lawsuit solely to focus on getting our loved one safely out of that facility without added trauma. However, I urge everyone to be incredibly cautious. The sheer arrogance, irresponsibility, and inhumane treatment we faced were completely unacceptable. Please do thorough research before entrusting this hospital with a family member's life.

Very disappointing experience with Dr. KM Mamun Morshed at Labaid Specialized Hospital. My appointment was at 6:45 PM (serial 10), but the doctor arrived around 8 PM while I was already sick with fever and feeling weak. Had to wait for more than 2 hrs where the waiting area was overcrowded with no place to sit. Despite paying a high consultation fee, the experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. My immediate health concerns were not properly addressed, and the consultation seemed overly focused on pushing surgery rather than treating the reason I actually visited that day. He also talked over the phone for personal matter during the consultation time and dismissed my symptoms, only kept pushing me to get the surgery done by him. Overall, very poor patient and not worth the money.
