The Malaysia Airlines Dhaka Office is just superb! Their customer service is beyond and above. My heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bushra who amazed me with her very kind gesture and an extremely helpful attitude. She helped me in way as if I never had any issues 😊 She is confident and treats her customers with utmost care and respect. I would also like to thank her other teammates who were also very supportive and kind to their clients. I wish Malaysia Airlines Dhaka Office all the very best in their future endeavours. I would also like to thank the Management for having such great team members like Ms. Bushra and her mates😊🙏

They don’t have sufficient knowledge about country requirements of Covid test. I was travelling to Australia where RTPCR test is no longer required and Rapid antigen test is fine with Australia. so I called the airlines to reconfirm if they have any issue with Rapid antigen test (RAT) they say they don’t know anything about RAT and hence they will not accept it. I was advised if I do RAT, I will have to take the risk if they don’t issue the boarding pass In airport. I was forced to do PCR test where I had the option to do RAT which is much more easier and convenient. The airline representative should have knowledge about country requirements. It’s just one click away in their website. Such a terrible thing experience with this airlines.

My wife's luggage was missing and they assured us that we would get our luggage in 24 hrs who are residing in Dhaka.But already 72 hrs is gone, No luggage I have received yet.Very frustrating.

Not much of a help. Went to change my flight date, gave me dates and prices and ended up saying Can't change tickets from here, call Malaysian Airlines help line to get things sorted. Total waste of time, money and effort to visit a place if I had to call Malaysian, could have done it from home. Anyways.
