Fantastic service. The sales officer was gentle & helpful. But the the place is too cozy & no parking option.

It is a branch of Novo Air ticket booking counter. It is situated in 1st floor and at the left corner of the building in Asad Gate area. There were only one sales representative and he remains busy somehow! Novo Air is an excellent airlines with professionalism and enthusiasm. There customer service is also good.

Too small comparing to novoair banani. Takes a long time to process and always a queue. If one or two desks increased, it would be great.
