My son was admitted to the NICU at Parkview Hospital for 9 days. The doctors and nurses were incredibly skilled and they provided the best possible care for my child. As I experienced firsthand, their NICU is very well-equipped and run by highly professional personnel. Alhamdulillah, today he is 8 months old, healthy and doing well. I would like to sincerely thank the management of Parkview Hospital, along with all the doctors, nurses and staff members who supported us with such dedication and compassion during one of the most critical times of our lives.

There are no rules and regulations. Helpdex does not know when the doctor will come. When you call, they give wrong information. The doctor Don't know his own time.

The management was responsive. It was a good sign. But the Individual doctor named Dr. Farzana Rashid, radiologist/sonologist, her behavior and professionalism is simply garbage. She doesn’t know how to talk with a patient. She behaves like she is God or she knows everything. This is a service providing organization, then the doctor should behave likewise. But she is simply disgusting. She makes a patient more sick rather than curing him/her. (corrected Accordingly)

Poor Hotline Services & Hassling appointments. I am calling from 8:00 A.M for a particular appointment, it took them 40 minutes just to pick up the call & letting me know that the serial has ended. 😹😹 Doctor's schedule times are not regularly updated too. They better improve hotline services, regularly update websites, and improve online or hotline based services. Pretty frustrating for a modern hospital to provide these 3rd class services.
