We had bought a gpu from them the Rx 5500 xt after taking it to their service center they had told me that we needed to buy a new power supply. They did not check anything before suggesting me to buy a new power supply. After buying the new power supply thy told us(it was a 550 watt psu) that there is a problem with my motherboard they said that my motherboard was old but later on when they connected my old gpu it was also not turning on they checked the ram and found out that there was a problem with my ram slot 2 perviously there was no problem like this before bringing it to them. They had made a mistake and done something wrong with my motherboard. Then they connected back the Rx 5500 xt and the PC turned on. They said that my motherboard is too old and it doesn't support the gpu and yet it turned on and worked perfectly. They are unprofessional and do not know how to work properly with a PC they have a lot of flaws they have to fix. In my opinion I suggest to buying anything from this store and beware even if you are going to buy something.

I recently bought a product from this shop. After receiving it, I found an issue. I contacted them, and within 10–15 minutes, they called me back to understand the problem. Once I explained and showed the issue, they tested everything on their side and sent me a new unit. I received the replacement the very next day — and that too in Barishal! Honestly, I didn’t expect such a fast and smooth response. Their service was outstanding, especially in the gaming console category. I’m really satisfied. For product replacement, I’d give 5 out of 5 stars!
