I have been traveling with Qatar Airways and I never had to regret it. Traveling since 1985 to Middle East, Europe and Africa & Dhaka. Initially it was Gulf Air when Qatar Airways wasn’t available. Later travelled with all middle eastern airlines and found the best is Qatar Airways without any doubt. At the present situation in gulf we are stranded, but whenever I visit their Dhaka office to reschedule my flight I never got disheartened and I am very much welcomed by the staff there and getting my ticket rescheduled as per the availability of the flights. I am very happy and satisfied. Let the situation get better and let the travelers do experience the true hospitality with Qatar Airways. Till we see again, all the best wishes

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Horrible Mismanagement I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at this Qatar Airways office in Dhaka. For a world class airline, you expect premium service, but this place feels completely mismanaged. Yesterday, I visited the office with my parents, and the experience was utterly frustrating. ​There were only two staff members serving a massive crowd of customers, leading to endless waiting times. There is also barely 15 seating inside. Many customers, including elderly people, are forced to stand outside for hours, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. ​To add to this, their hotline number is always disabled, so you cannot even reach them via phone.And when asked for information or facilities, the staff literally replied that they dont know . What is the point of having a physical branch if your staff cannot provide basic assistance. ​Furthermore, I went to book a ticket using a discount promo code as a Club member. The agent refused to assist, claimed the code would not work, and told me to book it on my phone myself while she would just take the cash. This is pure nonsense and highly unprofessional. ​It is highly frustrating that even after physically visiting the office, customers have to suffer like this. Qatar Airways needs to hire more competent staff, expand their seating area, and fix their customer service immediately. Very poor service and disappointing 👎

I have been to Qatar office in Dhaka twice so far. Their customer service is good, place is clean. The airline office is much better than average offices in Dhaka Bangladesh. After all its an international airline office so it is kind of expected to be. Only issue is it has long line. I been twice and each time took me over 2 hours to see an agent. So if you are going there make sure you are ready to wait hours.

My recent experience with was extremely disappointing. At the airport, staff were weighing carry-on bags and asking passengers to remove items from their luggage in front of everyone. The way this was handled felt very unprofessional, and the communication with passengers felt disrespectful and lacking basic customer care. In most of my travel experiences with other airlines, carry-on bags are rarely weighed and a little flexibility is usually allowed. Seeing passengers being stopped and forced to remove items from their bags at the gate was very surprising and frustrating. It created unnecessary stress and embarrassment for many travellers. What made the situation even worse was how flights were cancelled and rebooked during the recent war disruptions. Many passengers were left without clear information or support. Trying to reach customer service was nearly impossible — we waited for several hours with no response and no way to speak to anyone who could actually help. When people are already stressed because of travel disruptions, airlines should be providing support and clear communication, not adding more frustration. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will think very carefully before booking with again.
