In Bangladesh Worst service ever I've seen in a airlines office. They have 7 counters, but only a single counter is open. . Management should take action immediately I was changing my ticket date they charge me a lot of money $ but Qatar Airways flight is best on the world 🇧🇩✈️🇺🇲

You can purchase your tickets from here. You can book your flight by yourself and after that you need to come here to make the payment. You can pay your ticket price by cash and card. Note that, if you decide to pay by card, please make sure that single POS transaction limit is higher than the ticket price. 📄Documents needed for payment: 1. Your passport 2. Booking confirmation pdf 3. Sometimes they might ask for your nid as well. Their office opens at 10 am. However, they start giving appointment tokens from 9:40 am. Disclaimer: They have 2 counters to process things. So, try to go in the morning to have the hussle free experience.

Very bad service,client only allowed how many seat available inside others need to collect token and standing outside without time limit.

Office is nicely decorated.But the problem is there needed more time to complete any task.Because there are short of representatives.Otherwise office stuff behaviour is good. But there is shortage of stuff. Women behaviour is not good at all.

Really bad experience, I went there to buy a ticket using student discount code, but they didn't bother to book for me the discount price ticket. If you're a student, you have to book yourself. So, I wasn’t able to book my desired flight and wasted my time there(many hassles, can't write it). So, I wouldn’t recommend students to go their office directly, rather book it from home & pay later.
