One of the saddest things in Bangladesh is when you get to know all the eyeglass frames that you used for over 10 years were all non-brand. Also, when you asked about the availability of any brand, they displayed you a frame claiming to be a Ray-Ban product.

I ordered a small item on March 31, and they originally estimated delivery for April 2. But today, on April 2, they pushed it back again to April 6. Taking 8 days to deliver something within Dhaka is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Their delivery service is painfully slow and unreliable. To make it even worse, I later found the same product on Daraz for a lower price. This will definitely be my last order with them.

Very disappointed with the support from Rokomari. The lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating, and the support experience so far has been unsatisfactory. I truly expected better service and accountability from a platform like Rokomari. Ref: Order ID: 27165542078916. One of the book in my list is available for sale , But not delivered to me . The book is দ্যা রোজি প্রজেক্ট. From Sept 17 , waiting for update & But still no one update about it

I purchased some perfumes from their online shop. Later, they called me and informed me that the prices of the perfumes had increased by 60%. They cancelled three of my orders without informing me, which is very unprofessional.
