Cartup এর সার্ভিস এবং ডেলিভারি সত্যিই ভালো ছিল, খুব দ্রুত প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পেয়েছি। তবে আমি যে Recrsi RE-NY060 neckband টি পেয়েছি, সেটি মাত্র ১০ দিনের ব্যবহারের পর থেকেই ব্যাটারি ব্যাকআপ অনেক কমে গেছে। আগে যেখানে ভালো চার্জ থাকত, এখন ঠিকভাবে ২ দিনও চার্জ থাকে না। Cartup এর সার্ভিস নিয়ে আমি সন্তুষ্ট, কিন্তু seller “A.B Trade International” থেকে পাওয়া প্রোডাক্টের quality আমার কাছে ভালো মনে হয়নি।
